Terms & conditions

The following terms and conditions guide the use of and commerce in my online shop. These terms and conditions may be adjusted from time to time.

You can shop my product through online shop. If you have any questions please contact for help at metrasdarbnica@gmail.com.

All merchandise remains my property until payment is fulfilled. Any attempts of frauds will be reported to the police. SHOP.METRADRULLE.LV reserves the right to cancel, hold on to, or further investigate an order at suspicion, even if delivery time is affected. No other payment options in addition to those displayed at checkout is accepted. SHOP.METRADRULLE.LV holds the right to have minor deviations related how material, color, weight, measurements, or manufacturing, appear on our online shop. This also includes type faults, price and stock changes.

Shipping & Delivery

The order will be sent to the address you enter at the checkout. The shipping country is chosen at checkout. All prices, currencies, VAT, delivery times and delivery charges will be adjusted depending on the country you would like your items shipped to. SHOP.METRADRULLE.LV will dispatch the approved orders as quickly as possible and in the order that they have been received. You will recieve your shipment confirmation when your package leaves the warehouse.

Shipping destinations and shipping fees

Estimated delivery time is 1-14 working days, if anything else is not announced.
Shipping fees specified in € (Euro) will be displayed in checkout before the final payment step. Please note that these vary depending on the weight of the package.

Uncollected packages

I will charge 25 EUR for declined items, e.g. if you refuse to sign or will not pick up the order at your pick-up point. If you change your mind about things you ordered contact to me immediately. You still have to collect your package and return it back to us. Damaged goods shall be reported at the pick-up point. If you notice the damage after receiving the package please contact me. When returning it you are responsible for the goods.

International taxes and duties

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. I cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package upon delivery. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.

Payment

You have the following options:
– Credit card (Mastercard/VISA) throuhg PayPal without account
– Paypal

When using credit card you pay immediately at checkout. When the package arrives you pick it up at your local pick-up point. All information concerning your credit card is encrypted and secured. SHOP.METRADRULLE.LV reserves the right to cancel, hold on to or further investigate an order at suspicion, even if delivery time is affected. SHOP.METRADRULLE.LV can also demand you to confirm the order separately by mail sent to the invoice address before your order is delivered.

Returns and exchanges

Latvian law is applied, according to the right of reclamation and returns see. You have the right to return a product and get a full refund or exchange the product, within 14 days from receiving the goods. If you change your mind about a product you have to contact to me within this time. I am unable to take back products that have been processed or used. There are no refunds for sale items. When returning or exchanging a product you pay for the shipping cost.

Policy

You have the right to cancel your purchases without giving any reason within a period of 14 calendar days after the day of delivery of the goods. The goods have to be undamaged and unused, with any labels or tags intact. Returns that are damaged or soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. All items returned should include the completed returns note with an order reference number and your contact details. Unidentified returns may not be eligible for a refund.

Faulty goods

Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. For faulty items SHOP.METRADRULLE.LV will make a full refund to you, as soon as possible. Where possible, I will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund including for shipping and return. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that I can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.

Claims

If the product is defect, damaged, please report the reclamation to me before returning the product.

Security

All information concerning your credit card is encrypted and secured. Most web browsers use symbols or the guide https:// to show that the page you are visiting is secured. According to EU law SHOP.METRADRULLE.LV has to have your approval before handling your personal information. Receiving your personal information helps me to give you good customer service and updates. I will not leave or sell your personal information to third-parties without your permission.

Applicable law

These Terms and Conditions and all disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions or with the use of the website or with any purchase on the website shall be governed by Latvian law. SHOP.METRADRULLE.LV may modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any moment. You are therefore asked to accept only the Terms and Conditions applicable at the time of purchase with each of your orders.

All rights, including copyrights at SHOP.METRADRULLE.LV remain with MetraDrulle and its subsidiaries. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without my permission.

The personal information you forward to SHOP.METRADRULLE.LV will only be used in order to fulfill the undertakings SHOP.METRADRULLE.LV have and to assure you the best service. SHOP.METRADRULLE.LV will not let a third party see or use your personal details without your prior consent. You have the right to see your personal details upon request.
