Online orders


Do You ship to my country?
Yes, shipping is world-wide!


How can I find out the cost of delivery?
The shipping charge will be added to Your order and visible on Your receipt before You check out.  The shipping is based on the weight of the package and the destination country.


What are the accepted payment methods?

Online card payment with Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover.

Direct Bank Transfer.

The store accept PayPal and online card payment with MasterCard, VISA through PayPal without account.

You must push button – “proceed to paypal” and then choose way of payment, as shown in picture.


What currencies do I pay with?
The currency used is Euro (EUR), VAT is included in all prices.


When do I receive my order?

All orders are fulfilled in 2-4 days on working days, plus shipping time. Shiping time is from 3- 7 days. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays. On bank holidays is possible irregularities regarding delivery time.


Do I have to pay international taxes and duties?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches Your country. I cannot control and I’m not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to Your package upon delivery. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact Your local customs office for further information.


Can you send my delivery quoted in custom purposes as a gift?
No. All prices has to be declared correctly on parcels. If an item is on sale I will declare the sale price and not the suggested retail price of the item.


Can I track my order?
No, I unfortunately do not offer tracking on shipping.


Do I need an account to place an order?
No, You do not need to register to place an order, but You need to provide a valid email address and contact details in the checkout process.


Can I change my order?
The process of fulfillment on Your order starts as soon as it is placed, so there is a very limited time-frame in which You can amend or cancel it. So, if You would like to make any changes, please contact me as soon as possible by email.


Can I add items to my order?
Unfortunately I cannot add items to an existing order.


Did my order go through?
An order confirmation is sent to Your email after the order is placed, it can take 30 minutes. Check your inbox and junk mail. If it is missing, please contact to me and I’ll sort it out!


I did not receive an order confirmation.
As soon as Your order is placed, an order confirmation goes to the email address You entered in the checkout. If it is missing, double check your spam folder. If it’s still missing, chances are there was something wrong with the order. Contact me and I’ll sort it out for You.


My order is missing.

If pieces are missing from Your order, contact metrasdarbnica@gmail.com as soon as possible.


What is your returns policy?
You have the right to cancel Your purchases without giving any reason within a period of 14 calendar days after the day of delivery of the goods. I only want the goods in the same condition as You received them: unworn and with original labels still attached. All items returned should include the completed returns note with an order reference number and your contact details. Unidentified returns may not be eligible for a refund.
